My account was blocked yesterday with the following error:

"HTTP 401: This account has found to be committing fraud or is in breach of terms of services and has been blocked."

I believe this may be a false positive.

I have been using my Anomaly subscription for the past few weeks mainly through:
- Hermes Agent
- OpenCode

Yesterday I was working on my own content generation system, which resulted in a higher amount of automated model requests than usual. During that work, I suddenly started receiving the 401 error, and since then all models under my account have stopped working.

This is legitimate personal/development usage. I am not attempting to abuse the service, resell access, commit fraud, or bypass any limits.

Could you please review my account and let me know what specifically triggered the block?

If my usage pattern exceeded any acceptable limits or violated a particular rule unintentionally, I would also appreciate clarification so that I can adjust my setup accordingly.

Please restore access if the block was triggered automatically by mistake.

Провайдер не уведомляет о блокировке. Нет письма на почту. Нет уведомления в личном кабинете. Просто — все модели перестают работать, и вы узнаёте об этом, когда пытаетесь получить ответ. Проверяйте статус аккаунта регулярно.

Выводы

• AI-провайдеры могут блокировать без предупреждения
• Автоматические системы фильтрации дают false positive
• Письмо с конкретикой работает лучше, чем «почему меня заблокировали?»
• Нужен запасной провайдер — всегда
